What is an ADAPT Functional Health Coach?
In the ADAPT training program we focused on learning in-depth and evidence-based information about ancestral health and nutrition along with strategies to help make changing behaviors successful.
We all want to improve our health by eating better, moving more, managing stress, and getting more sleep, but the real question is how do we do that? That’s where a health coach comes in.
Why should I choose you?
I know how frustrating it is to try to lose weight, but never be able to keep it off. There are so many books & articles written about what to do and not to do, but figuring out how to fit that information into your life can be intimidating and frustrating. Plus who has the time?
I have a passion and desire to help as many people as possible get the life they have always dreamed of. We would work together to figure out how to implement the best plan for you to reach your weight loss goals and improve your health so you can have more energy and gain confidence in your body’s appearance and capabilities.
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions are held via telephone and last approximate 45mis.
How often do we meet?
We can meet weekly, every other week, or whatever best meets your needs.
How do I get started?
Free consultation-It’s like a first date, I don’t want you to spend your money on something your aren’t sure about.
It will take about 30-45minutes and we will discuss how coaching works, what changes you want to see, and how to get started

Do you offer refunds?
If at anytime you feel you have met your goals or no longer want to continue for any reason with our sessions before your commitment period is over, I will happily refund the remaining sessions to you that haven’t been used.
